SURGE

"A Story of Resilience and Hope After Disaster"

SURGE tells the unforgettable story of three families whose lives were turned upside down by Hurricane Helene.

Devised entirely by students at Watauga High School, this play has won awards and earned national attention. With themes that resonate far beyond Western North Carolina, SURGE is a testament to the power of human spirit in the face of disaster.
